Shortly after its introduction, the new Caretex™ product series by Enia marks its first successes: "We have received numerous requests from our international customers for sampling material", says Sabine Eibofner, head of Business Development at Enia. "There is a strong interest for the new product qualities and we have already been invited to place bids for projects in Australia, France, Switzerland, and The Netherlands. Our stocks have been filled up with the new ranges and we are ready to meet the demands from our markets."
Caretex™ had officially been launched during the Zorgtotaal healthcare fair in Utricht, The Netherlands, which took place between 18th and 20th of March. Here, Caretex™ was also introduced for the first time to architects and specifiers specializing in healthcare projects. Visiting experts agreed at the Enia stand that Caretex™ is currently the most suitable textile flooring option for health and care interiors on the market, this is because the products, with their special hygienic properties, do not have a pile direction and can easily be used with wheelchairs and patient beds.
Harry Hendriks, new healthcare segment manager at Enia Benelux, said Enia had awoken great interest at the fair with this new presentation. He presented this first feedback from the market also during an international Caretex™ kick-off-meeting in mid May, which took place in Sedan, France, where Enia sales staff and order desks gathered to learn about the great properties of the new products.
